| Situated in a beautiful and unspoilt corner of the Costa Brava, our villa, Las Piņas, is part of a community of 26 semi-linked villas. It is set in spacious, well-kept mature gardens with a large, L-shaped pool (40ft each way) and a separate kid's pool. Las Piņas has its own private gardens to the front and back and there is parking a few feet from the entrance door. |

Our villa has three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and two bathrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is optional insect screening on all windows. The master bedroom is air-conditioned. The ground floor has an entrance lobby, well-equipped kitchen and a living-dining room leading to a covered terrace. The house is clean, comfortable, light and airy throughout, and well maintained. Mattresses and pillows are fresh and clean. Good quality bed linen and towels are provided and changed each week.
