Prices & Booking for 2008: 

Las Piñas is rented on a weekly basis, from Friday to Friday, at the following rates:

04 July - 18 July £997
18 July - 29 Aug £1094
29 Aug -  12 Sept  £785
12 Sept - 26 Sept £676
26 Sept onwards  £510

Bookings run from Friday from 4pm onwards to following Friday by 10am.
First payment  to secure booking: £200 per week. 
Balance due 8 weeks before holiday.
Damage Deposit of £175 due by holiday start.

  During June,  July and  August  minimum 2 week bookings

 

                                      

  • Accommodation for up to 6 people

  • Owners or Assistant on call at all times

  • Bed linen & towels supplied - changed during weekly maid service

  • Clean fresh bedding & pillows 

  • Cleaning & laundry materials provided

  • Welcome food & drinks pack 

  • Comprehensive booklet on house, restaurants, facilities

  • Cot, stair guards & high-chair available on request

  • Advice or help in making travel plans and bookings.
