At Easter, Christmas & off-season weeks, turn-around days  may be flexible

First payment  to secure booking:  25% 
Balance due 8 weeks before holiday.

During June, July & August - two-week bookings please

• Owner or Assistant on call at all times for any advice or help you need

• Clean, fresh beds and pillows are made up for your arrival

• Sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are changed weekly 

• Comprehensive booklet on house, restaurants, facilities around

• Travel Cot available at no charge

• Traditional Cot, stair guards, high-chair, Fisher Price sling chair, & buggy available on request at low fee to cover delivery, set up and sanitising equipment

• Advice or help in making travel plans and bookings

• Welcome drinks and snacks 

• At your request extra supermarket shopping can be put in villa for your arrival.   No service charge if owner is available to do this job.
